Terms of Use
  1.  Acceptance of Terms: 
    We offer both wedding coordinating services and wedding accessories for sale thru this website.  As a user of this site, you will be subject to the guidelines outlined below and agree to adhere with these terms:
  • The planner's role is as an advisor.  The client (s) is in charge of the selection of services  and the planner implements those selections.  Although, the planner works with and recommends competent professionals for various aspects of the wedding, the planner will not be liable for any errors, acts, or omissions on their part.
  • In the event the planner offers to perform the services at the time/place specified in your contract and the cleint declines or permits only partial performance for services then the planner shall recieve full compensation as provided in the contract.
  • All coordinating services must have a written contract and can be cancelled in writing with 10 days notice.  (A portion of the Fee Schedule still applies according to the written contract)
  • All accessories nonpersonlalized are eligible for a refund of the product price and Tennessee State Sales Tax ONLY if they are returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.  (Buyer is to pay  return shipping costs if not locally bought)  ALL PERSONALIZED (INVITATIONS AND PRINTED PRODUCTS INCLUDED) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.  To avoid any problems, please review your order and check all spelling and dates before asking for order to be completed.
  • A $25.00 return check fee plus the face value amount of the check applies to any nonnegotiable checks presented for payment.
  • All credit card payments will be invoiced and sent to the client(s) e-mail address for the client(s) added privacy and protection.
    2.   Description of services: 
          AR Weddings by Design is a wedding consulting firm that offers both full and partial
          wedding coordination before, during and after your wedding day.  Also offered are wedding
          accessories and invitations to complete your wedding day for sale at a discounted price. 
          We do not guarantee all items in stock for immediate delivery.  Please allow up to 4 weeks
           for delivery in some instances.

   3.   Customer Obligations: 
         All users of this site must be at least 18 years or older to access and order products from
         this site.  In no way are the materials or photos to be copied or distributed without written
         permission from our company.
